How to enjoy our services.....

  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?
    New Clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you may complete your client forms.  If you have already completed your forms, please arrive 5 minutes prior to our appointment so that you can change into your spa attire and enjoy the comforts of our studio. For waxing or tanning treatments, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  

                                                                                                 

  • What if I'm running late?    
    Please note that your late arrival time will determine the length of your treatment. We are happy to change your treatment so you get the best benefits for the reminder of your  time, however your service will end on time so that our next guest's appointment is not delayed. 

                                                                                                                      

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

  • Do I disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?
    This is your choice. You will be provided with a robe upon arrival.  Upon request, we provide disposable undergarments for all body treatments. Our staff will appropriately drape you with towels or sheets at all times during your treatment to maintain your privacy.

  • May I make adjustments to my treatment?
    Absolutely. We want you to completely relax and enjoy your experience. For example, if you would like a change in the amount of pressure during your massage, please let your esthetician know.  If you would like to add a service, please tell your esthetician at the start of your treatment.

  • Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments or allergies?
    Yes. Please inform your therapist of any new or existing physical or medical conditions or any new medications that may interfere with your treatment.  Please also let us know if you are sensitive to sound and smells of any kind.  We want you to have the best experience possible.
