HOW DOES IT WORK?

How Does Our Tan Work? Using three organic tanning agents – Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) boosted by DMI & Erythulose – without any stains or dyes, our tanning product works with your own unique skin tone to produce a naturally-based darker pigmentation on your skin’s surface. By enhancing your skin’s own pigments, It will give you a natural-looking tan that lasts longer. This tan also has a built-in color guide so you can see where you’re applying the self-tanning product on your skin, ensuring streak-free application. Thus, you get a perfectly even golden bronze tan, every time.

PARABEN FREE

Our tan is paraben-free and has no artificial preservatives so you can feel secure knowing you’re using a safe and healthy product – a product you can even use safely on your face. The tanner product actually works for everyone – no matter what skin tone or skin type you have – because our natural ingredients work to enhance your skin’s unique pigment. This moisture-rich formula dramatically softens skin, making our tan the only tan that’s actually good for your skin.

BEFORE YOUR TAN

  • We recommended to wear loose, dark clothing on the day of application.

  • We  recommended to exfoliate the night before but best for three days prior to tan.

  • Tan will work best on clean skin, free from any deodorant, perfume, make-up, body oils or lotion as these may of these react with the tannin agents in the tanning solution.

  • Do not use any other self-tanning products one week before treatment.

  • Wax or shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR TAN

  • Keep skin completely dry, avoid contact with water. Avoid activities that make you perspire.

  • Do not apply any products over the developing tan.

  • Allow tan to develop for at least 4-6 hours. (overnight if possible)​

AFTER YOUR TAN IS DEVELOPED

 

  • Rinse off remaining color guide with warm water. Once the water runs clear gently wash your self with a gentle cleanser. Avoid using hash shower gels or soaps as they can strip the natural oils from your skin.

  • The key to prolonging your tan is to moisturize. Make sure to keep your skin well moisturized on a daily basis. Our "Amplify"  is a great choice for this. It is a multi purpose skin enhancing lotion with a unique formula that works in three ways. It intensifies the tan, boosts production of melanin and perfect skin to a radiant youthful level. Oils in other moisturizers may strip the tan leaving the skin patchy.

  • Avoid products that contain alpha hydroxyl acids as they can strip the tan as can chlorine found in pools & hot tubs.

  • Avoid using harsh shower gels or soaps that can strip the natural oils from your skin.

  • Avoid long hot showers, opt for a warm water shower to combat dry skin and thus extend the life of your tan.
